By booking a service with M&L Detail, you agree to the following:

Cancellations are free. We simply ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the spot to another customer.
All ceramic coating services require a 20% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and secures your appointment.
Please remove personal belongings from your vehicle before your appointment. If items are left in areas such as the glove box, center console, or other storage compartments, we won't clean those areas.
If you're unable to empty the vehicle or need help doing so, please let us know before your appointment. No need to remove trash.
Vehicles that are heavily soiled (excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, etc.) may require additional time or an added fee. If this applies, we'll always discuss it with you before continuing.
M&L Detail isn't responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle. Please remove valuables before your appointment.
