Pricing

At M&L Detail, we offer comprehensive exterior and interior car detailing services with various packages tailored to your needs. For detailed pricing information, please visit the Home Page.

Booking Process

To book an appointment, please visit our booking page. During the booking process, we will gather the following information:

• Your name

• Car make and model

• Car interior type (e.g., leather, cloth)

• Requested detailing package

• Preferred date and time for the service

Our booking system will confirm your appointment, however, if one of our technicians becomes busy, they will reach out and find another suitable date.

Service Conditions

For all jobs, we require:

• Access to a clean, running water spigot

• Access to a power outlet

Please note that we cannot work in extreme heat or rain unless you have a garage available. If the weather is unsuitable, we will contact you to reschedule.

Customer Preparation

Before your appointment, please remove all personal items from your vehicle, including bags, backpacks, and car seats. If you are unable to do so, we will remove the items and place them to the side. We recommend that you move items yourself to ensure we do not have to touch your property.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice.

• A $100 fee will be charged for no-shows or late cancellations.

Payment

• No deposit is required for regular bookings.

• For full-day bookings (two cars or more in one day), a minimum 50% deposit is required.

• We accept cash, card, check, and invoice payments.

• Payment can be made before or upon completion of the service.

Service Areas

• We do not have specific service area limitations and travel based on our best judgment.

Communication

• We will communicate with you via phone, text, or email based on your preferred method, which you can specify during booking.

• For follow-ups or concerns, we recommend you contact us using the method you have already been using.

Liability

• Although we always will treat your property with utmost care, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items items left in the vehicle.

Special Requests

• Some special requests or add-ons may be accommodated on the day of service, with the fee added to your booking.

Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are not satisfied with our service, you should contact us with your concerns. If the concerns are reasonable, we will attempt to address them.

• We will help fix small issues but will not redo the service unless in extreme circumstances.

Vehicle Condition

• If your vehicle is excessively dirty, it may be subject to an additional fee.

• We offer add-on packages for vehicles with pet hair, heavy staining, or other conditions that require more intensive work.
